The quality of life on the Costa del Sol overall is very good. The pace of life is much slower. Take the right, measured decisions and your future could be very happy but make the wrong decisions and you could have problems.

There are problems – they exist everywhere in the world. Life on the Costa del Sol is not perfect all the time and when problems or frustrations occur there may be times you will wonder why you came here. Suffice to say that if this happens you probably only need to return to where you came from for a few days to realise that life is better here. In all the time we have lived on the Costa del Sol we have met very few people who would even consider a return to northern Europe.

I hope this book has helped you to appreciate the positives and the negatives of living on the Costa del Sol.
