Acceptance Of Your Proposals

Acceptance of your proposals

When your proposals are accepted you must freeze the plans as they stand, identifying them with a specified date and even time of production, as the accepted plans and arrangements.

You still have work to do. The approval presentations are a watershed for your event. After this you are no longer working on investigation, proposals and plans; you are working towards actually delivering your event. Depending on the complexity of your event, you may still have from two to ten months’ work before you actually open the gates and let the paying public in to your event. You have to start buying, booking, hiring, training, preparing, making and obtaining everything you require to deliver your event.

You will have established costs, availability and likely suppliers during your earlier research. You will have added up the costs of all of your requirements to define the total outlay required to deliver your event. You will then have reviewed the potential and estimated income you will attract, and established the financial viability of your event. Now is the time to make it happen!

Review your plans, quotes, deliverables and requirements, and start making firm orders.
