Professionals must perform some tasks. This may be for safety reasons or to ensure that best practices are followed and accurate information is being used.

For example if you want electricity connected for the event manager’s office, you must use a qualified electrician to undertake the work, to ensure the safety of staff and the public. If you want to provide walkie-talkie radio sets to event marshals, ask a professional to advise you and supply the equipment. They know the range and frequencies that can be used legally, battery life etc. They may even provide a base station operator to act as control.
