For example if you want electricity connected for the event manager’s office, you must use a qualified electrician to undertake the work, to ensure the safety of staff and the public. If you want to provide walkie-talkie radio sets to event marshals, ask a professional to advise you and supply the equipment. They know the range and frequencies that can be used legally, battery life etc. They may even provide a base station operator to act as control.
