Roving car park supervisor

For larger events, using several car parking fields as you have seen, I propose that you should appoint a roving car park supervisor (RCPS). The RCPS has responsibility for making sure that car parks are operated safely and efficiently and that appropriate staff are trained, equipped and briefed to perform the desired functions. Being mobile the RCPS will be able to transport staff to the location where they are most needed and as has been mentioned elsewhere. may be insured to take people around to look for lost cars. The RCPS will also carry a supply of water and maybe snacks for staff, as well as carrying basic sign making equipment.
