RSPCA

The RSPCA offer both a consultative and emergency service. They may attend some events if animals are involved. They could attend if invited to set up a stall to collect donations and give out information.

If animals are left in cars, they can overheat and die quite quickly. If the RSPCA and police are on-site, announce the offending vehicle details over the PA and ask the driver to return to the car immediately. Inform the RSPCA and police of the situation, so that they can take any necessary action.
