Traffic plan

After consultation with the local authorities and the police, the traffic manager should produce a ‘traffic plan’. This short report will outline the traffic arrangements and refer to other more detailed documents that contain the details of investigation, and that support the final traffic plan, which will be developed in consultation with the police. The traffic plan will be presented to the local authority and the police as part of the request for permissions and licences to hold the event.
