Coaching by an expert

This is where a particular skill requires expert tuition – for example, a particular computer program such as a spreadsheet. The expert needs to be someone who is competent and familiar with the program and can pass on their knowledge in a structured manner. This will probably be in a regular session with just one or two trainees. It is a good way to impart knowledge to a single trainee, or very small groups, as long as the expert understands how to train effectively.
