What is the attitude towards the staff?

• What sort of programmes for staff development are there?
• Are there regular salary reviews in relation to both cost of living and merit/performance issues?
• Are salaries always paid on time?
• Are health care, pension arrangements or other benefits and facilities available?
• What is the attitude when a key member of staff moves on – leaving parties and gifts or are they treated as an ‘ungrateful individual leaving us in the lurch’?
